Hello WPGD team,
Being new here and a bit overwhelmed with reading all the documentation, I am asking help today on two issues:
1.) Best practice of notifying users of login requirement to post a listing <br>
2.) Cache troubles and delay of site changes.
Best practice of notifying users of login requirement to post a listing
When trying to ad a listing from the home page while not being logged in the page redirect does not display a login notification. The page just seems to blink.
Adding a listing seems to fork fine if you are logged in.
The question is how to recommend users log in to post a listing rather than leave them to figure it out.
Cache troubles and delay of site changes.
The issue #1 does not seem directly related to this but it may be. Page/Site changes take a long time to propagate. Sometimes 8 hrs or more. It is good to note: this happens with or without GD Booster activated.
Chrome seems to be the culprit. Yesterday after 24 hrs of issues I reset the cache and some issues seemed to go away until the next change. Using a cache buster “???” works once but I have to keep adding “?” to the url to refresh the changes.
While Safari seems better it has it’s own cache issues.
I have made a screen recording that can give you a visual of what is going on.
