Add Listings stopped working

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi my add listings button stopped working. How do I fix this.
    When click on my add new listings button I get the following error.

    “Not Acceptable!
    An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.”

    Must I update to Geodirectectory V2 or is something else my problem?

    Please advice.
