Add more than 3 levels in drop down menu

This may well be a theme question but I can’t find where else to post it
I am using Supreme Directory and would like more than 3 levels in the menu dropdown in the Primary menu under Search listings as shown here

Hi Fiona,

Our menus in Supreme Directory only supports up to 2 levels. Making it work with 3 levels would require major customization.
