Add new place

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi – I have everything loaded on the website ready for people to add their own place

    however

    When someone goes to add their place it comes up with a pop up asking for their email and password – yet they have not even added a place yet?

    site is http://www.vlcl.com.au

    Go to Directory to see place listings I pre loaded / and then go to add your place and try to add a place?

    If you ned me to allow you access just send me an email address and user name and I will create a log in for you to look around

    That is standard WordPress behavior, only registered users can add listings.
    I am guessing you are not allowing new registrations at WP settings > general > anyone can register.

    If you want us to have a look at your settings, create any administrator user and post the details in a private reply.
