    Hi,

    I was wondering if there is a way to add the attached photo towards the top of the homepage. I’m using the Genesis 1280. Thanks.

    It depends what homepage you are using.
    Add it in a text widget if using a GD Location page, or in the content if you are using a WP page.

    Hi Guust,

    I’m using the geodirectory homepage. I have a text widget but it only allows me to add title and content. There’s no option to upload a photo. I don’t see a content widget.

    You need to add the full HTML code, like this

    <img src="/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/your-image.jpg" alt="Whatever" />

    Add the image to a draft post, and you’ll see what code you need in the “text” tab of the editor.

    Hi Guust,

    Is there a widget (similar to the listing slider widget) where I could upload my own images? I’m trying to have an attractive little slideshow for my homepage similar to:
    http://theme-fusion.com/avada/classic-shop/

    If not, how else could I incorporate something like this to my homepage?

    Thanks,

    Janine

    You can use a slider plugin maybe. Not sure which one would be the best, I am not familiar with any.
