Add user rating to 'Add place'

Good evening;

Is it possible to have the Review/Rating plugin active on the ‘Add Place’ page? I would like a user to be able to add a place and provide a review at the same time instead of adding a place and then reviewing it once the place has been published. I have looked through the plugin but can’t find this capacity.

Sorry, but that is not possible.
A listing cannot be rated until it is in the system.
One suggestion is to adjust the text on the “Listing Success” page, that encourages them to finish with a review.
