So recently started up a new listing site with GeoDirectory and the Supreme Directory theme. I plan on having at least two price options. One will be free the other paid for features I will make unavailable in the free package.
So I have tried multiple times to add the paid price option at least 10 times. When I hit submit, it shows the green tab at the top stating that I was successful, but when I go back to the prices tab, it doesn’t show any listing other than the free listing that shows up when the plugin is installed.
I do have invoices installed and configured. I even added the Featured option there (it was created). I just can’t get any new prices listed in the geodirectory/prices and payments/prices tab.
Help!
March 25, 2018 at 9:44 pm #423252Hello!
That sounds like it might be a plugin conflict. You can try disabling non-GD plugins to see if that works.
You can also try clearing your browser cache. In some cases deleting the site settings and cache from Chrome can help with WP dashboard form issues.
If none of that works, of course we would be happy to take a look, too, just send over your site URL and WP Admin in a private reply and one of our team will take a look.
March 26, 2018 at 4:02 pm #423430Here’s another issue I just ran into. Hope this helps diagnose the issue. I tried to edit the free plan, and it let’s me make modifications in the edit section, however it doesn’t save them.

I installed health check and disabled all plugins and then reinstalled each. No change.
March 27, 2018 at 9:12 pm #423693Has anyone had a chance to look into this?
Sorry if I seem a bit impatient. I have a trade show I will be attending soon where I plan to market the hell out this site to attract paying directory members.
I need to get my pricing packages up and running or there is no use in spending the time time or money on marketing materials.
Thanks
March 27, 2018 at 10:42 pm #423703Hello,
there was a problem with the GD Permlinks, so I resaved those.
I can see Ultimate Branding is active in admin, could you try disabling that, and seeing if you can save the price?
I was able to save other settings. You can also try deactivating and reinstalling GD and the pricing manager plugins.
This is a complex setup, what with all the WP Engine bells and whistles, on a multisite, with a number of plugins being network activated.
If this is basically a fresh install, I might try a setup without the multisite plugins on, then build up to see where the issue is.
In most case an issue on the dashboard is a plugin conflict, rather than a theme conflict.
March 28, 2018 at 5:45 pm #423853So I did what you asked.
Disabled Ultimate Branding
Disabled, Deleted and Reinstalled GD and Pricing Manager.Held my breath and tried to add another package option. Once again, when I hit enter, it says I was successful, yet when I go to the package listings, Free is the only option.
Next?
March 28, 2018 at 6:00 pm #423868Hello,
Thanks for trying that.
If we can go ahead with more diagnosis, we will disable all the network plugins and just leave GD with a default theme running.
To continue diagnosis we would also need FTP access. Please send over the details and then I can flag this for a developer to have a look.
March 28, 2018 at 7:34 pm #423902I am currently on line with WP Engine to see if they see what may be causing the issue. I have already disabled all network activate plugins and all of the plugins except for GD, Prices and Payments and Invoices. Still running into the same problem.
Let see what they say.
March 28, 2018 at 8:04 pm #423910So I uploaded Health Check plugin. Here is what they are finding…Red Xs next to these items.
The WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE constant is defined and enabled.
A plugin has prevented updates by disabling wp_version_check().
WordPress security and maintenance releases are blocked by define( ‘WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE’, false );.The loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.<br>Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.
When I run it again with all plugins disabled, the loopback message says this…
Result from testing without any plugins active and a default theme: The loopback request to your site completed successfully.
WP Engine suggested coming back to you since they didn’t see anything on their end.

Thanks,
