Hi everybody, when I log in as a regular user and try to add a listing the first part work – I provide al the necessary information and then click on “Review Your listing”
it gets me to the next page correctly. On this page, there is a link that says “Go back and edit” (https://imgur.com/a/6LH7biR)
When you click on it, instead of getting to the page where existing listing can be edited it takes us to the following page: https://imgur.com/a/BeFj1B6 where new listing should be added.
Please let me know how to correct this.
Thank you.

Thanks for your post. Could you please allow access to your WP dashboard? I need to check your GD setup.
Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. I’ve inspected your Website and it looks like you’ve configured everything correctly. Yes, we would need FTP access so that this can be forwarded to the developers for further assistance. In the meantime, let’s try deactivating all non-gd plugins and switch to the default theme and see if GD works correctly.
Thanks!

1. Switching to default WP theme doesn’t help.
2. Switching to default WP theme AND disabling all plugins besides GD ones – doesn’t help either. Thanks!

P.S. What’s strange though is that we have the same version of GD installed on the same hosting and we don’t have this issue on exactly the same hosting account.

The path output is from the server function “session_save_path()” so if that is returning the wrong path then that’s a server config problem and there is absolutely nothing we can do about this, any competent server guy will be able to fix this in 2 minutes.
Thanks,
Stiofan
May 17, 2018 at 7:54 pm #431041Guys, I don’t want to be in the middle of it, everybody seems to be getting pretty defensive on the issue, while in the end the only thing I need is to have the issue resolved. I don’t want to rewrite your answers and I copy them the way they are to hosting support.
Here is their reply.
This is a PHP and not a server function. You can refer the developers to the PHP manual for more information on how to use the function:
http://php.net/manual/en/function.session-save-path.php
If they are unable to resolve the issue, we would recommend you to consult with a professional developer who can modify the syntax of the test php script session_test.php so that it can work properly with the desired sessions folder.
If there is anything else we can help you with, please contact us again by posting a new ticket.
