    Hi,

    I’m trying to work out how a customer would be able to upload their company logo.

    On the face of it, it looks pretty simple – go to ‘Place Settings’, add the ‘File Upload’ option, and explain that its for uploading logos.

    In reality though, it’s not quite so simple – I’ve done the above, but I’m still getting a RED X in the options as opposed to a BLACK X (which I suppose happens if you’ve done it right).

    So what settings do I need to get the ‘X’ to go black?

    Well I did the unthinkable and tried uploading a listing with a logo, and it all went without a hitch, so I suppose the fact that its a RED X doesn’t matter too much?

    The red X allows you to delete the file if you uploaded the wrong one.
    There never will be a black X.
