I’m unable to access the visual version of adding a post/event, etc. so any new listings aren’t able to be formatted. When I click on ‘visual,’ nothing happens.

Hi Scout,

This is normally caused by other 3rd party plugin conflicting with GD. Could you please try deactivating all non-gd plugins one by one and see if it helps?

Hi Kor,
Thanks, I tried deactivating individually but no good (I have reactivated them now)…anything else that I can do?

If you have a test site, we can try disabling all your plugins to confirm one of your non-GD plugins is causing the issue.

You can try switching themes.

Once you find the plugin or theme that is causing the problem let us know
