Adding map on another page

Hello,

I have installed this plugin onto an established site and essentially want to just use the map display onto one page in my wordpress install that is not the home page.

I only want to show the map with the category filters and search that appear overlaid on the right hand side by default. I can’t find if there is a snippet of code to use or a shortcode to put into the page editor?
