Hello,

Recently my users started complaining about inability to add new category, add new region, and/ore add new city from mobile devices.

Apperently there is no way you could add category, region, or city from mobile if it has not been added before.

Ideally I want to be able to switch this to a drop-down menu.

Currently using: Supreme Directory and Directory Starter.

Hi,

Users could never create categories. On any device…

If you have the address autocompleter enabled and they select the suggestion, the system will create the new region/city automatically.
