adding some basic formatting tools to text custom fields

I don’t know if my request is off topic, in this case I excuse myself.

I want to stylize in the same way all text fields of a listing.

I need to provide listing owners with some basic formatting tools:
1. Set as Title. It assigns a predefined font size and color to selected text.
2. Create/Remove link. It assigns/removes a link to selected text.
3. Add a line. It insert a line.

Then I need to set all others field parameters (font type, spacing, line spacing, etc.). These can not be modified by the users.

I would like to use Text and Textarea custom fields. Is it possible to add those functionalities to Text and Textarea custom field (i.e. with two buttons)?
