Additional e-mail field for invoices

Hi,
We love the plugin, it is working great for us but we have found that the e-mail address for the person who has “claimed” a place and updates it is not the right address to send the invoice to.
Is it possible to add an additional field and have the invoices sent to that contact rather than the owner of the site?

The email address of the user is “the” email address and there isn’t another ‘billing’ type email address available at present.

I have taken this up as a suggestion and will share it with our development team to see whether we can work on this in the near future.
