addons won't update – even with license #

Hi! I’m trying to update the GD plugins but everytime I try I get an error:
Update Failed: Download Failed. Unauthorized.

BUT our account is up to date and I have the licence numbers in correctly.

We host with WP Engine, could they be causing a problem?

Hi,

your licenses are currently only active for this URL: rmcc.bwwtest.com

Is that the one you are trying to update right now?

If it isn’t, make sure to deactivate the licenses, add them again and re-activate them to add the new URL. This happen when moving a website from a staging site to the live website.
