Admin and BCC Email issues

    Hi there,

    I’m having issues with the email settings. I’m an admin in WordPress and I have it selected that admins would receive a BCC email when someone fills out the inquiry but I have NOT received an email as an admin yet when I sent an inquiry test and that was hours ago.

    Could it be in your spam folder?

    Try installing the ’email log’ plugin from wordpress.org to track all emails being created in the site and see if the email is being created and correctly.

    Let us know what you find and if we need to check the settings include WP Admin credentials and your site URL in a private reply.

    It’s not a spam issue.

    I’m thinking it has something to do with Ninja Forms and the settings to who should be receiving the notification emails.

    If I want the inquiry sender, the email associated with the listing, and the admin to receive the email, who do I need to have in the “to” field? Ninja Forms comes with a bunch of options, but I’ve tested it like 7 times and none of the emails are coming in as expected.

    Hi Sarah,

    Thanks for your reply. Please install the “Email Log” https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ as mentioned by Alex and then try submitting some test forms. Then, check the logs and see if the emails are being sent. This is the best way to troubleshoot email issue.
