Admin CC email – Listing LINK to open 404 error failure
Hi support team,
clicking on the link within the Admin CC email Link, I am getting a – Epic 404 – Article Not Found – failure displayed.
Find here the email text:
Dear Admin,
A new listing has been published Testing. This email is just for your information.
worldcheckin • EN
I need to inform you that I have also installed the sendgrid plugin to submit all wp emails via SMTP.
Find here
– the LINK within admin cc email
– the original LINK which shall point to the listing
which both not work.
– a screen shot of proper setup the white label setup within sendgrid.According to the user who has submitted the listing, he has no problems to open that. The strange thing is, that we as admin are not able to see the listing on clicking the email submitted link. I thought it may would be an issue, that when the listing is submitted but not paid and then we are not able to see this, in case of not logged in as admin, but even if I am logged in as site admin, the link forward to an epic 404 page.
Looking forward to your help.
Best regards, Alex

thanks again for your advices. But I need to know if it is a failure from our customization or a normal GD procedure to be aware of.
What do you mean it is not published yet and how can I check that?
I thought, that if a listing is added and the user accepted the site condtions as well then he will be able to review the listing and click on a. pay for paid listings or only on publish listing on free approach. Then after publish the admin cc email is send to inform the admin about new listing to check.
Actually I have the problem that within this email the link does not work and I cannot explain why and need your help for the same.
Thanks, Alex
August 9, 2016 at 3:40 pm #243964The domain in the email link is wrong:
emal2.worldcheckin.comAugust 9, 2016 at 5:10 pm #243981August 9, 2016 at 6:16 pm #244034That domain does not exist:

August 10, 2016 at 5:11 am #244265Hi Steofan,
The domain cannot exist because this is only a sendgrid CNAME subdomain, created and used to track the click throught link and then forward to the original existing link of the listing created.
See the screenshot of the sendgrid whitelabel settings > http://screencast.com/t/Fhfnwe684
You can ignore the sendgrid approach for its whitelabeled link tracking, but you should focus on WHY the original link to the added listing is not working and gives an error page result.
Please advice. Thanks Alex
August 10, 2016 at 2:09 pm #244602Then your original link looks ok, usually the author and the admin can view the listings, if not then maybe one of your plugins is preventing it.

August 10, 2016 at 7:28 pm #244760Hi Stiofan,
the funny thing is, as I am informed from listing creator that he is able to see his listing by click on LINK within his email, but the admin cc email LINK does not work.
I will tomorrow then start to deactivate some plugins to make sure that those are not interrupting.
Regards, Alex
