Admin dashboard author links no longer load

    Admin dashboard author links no longer load a list of a user’s gd_place listings. The URL is found in the Author column of the https://www.domain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=gd_place screen and look like this:

    https://www.domain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=gd_place&author=284

    These links no longer display an author’s listings for gd_place. The screen renders the left sidebar menu and the html output stops at: <div id=”wpcontent”>
    so the top admin menu and such doesn’t load and no content is shown.

    I’ve cleared caches, turned off any caching plugins with the same results. Everything Geodirectory is up to date. I do see a 500 server error for that URL but the error logs don’t provide anything useful.

    That is probably a conflict with another plugin, causing that.
    Try disabling non-GD plugins to see which one is causing it.

    Thanks. I’ve pinned it down to a conflict with this plugin: User Switching https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-switching/

    I’ve also posted to support there in hopes of a solution:
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-view-list-of-authors-posts-for-a-custom-post-type/

    For now I’ve rolled back that plugin to the previous version. Leaving this here, in case anyone else runs into this problem.
