Advanced search fields that use '&'

Hi,

I’ve set up a multi-select field called ‘Specialities’ that has entries that use ‘&’
e.g. General Practice & Family Medicine.

However, if you use the advanced search and select an entry that uses ‘&’ such as ‘General Practice & Family Medicine’ it returns no result.

If you search for the Doctor ‘Ang Boon Kiang Steven Gregory’ you can see that he has the speciality ‘General Practice & Family Medicine’

The doctors were all imported and there was no issues using ‘&’ (documentation says you can’t use / or ,).
