Advanced search is not working for mobile responsive

    Hi ,

    The attached file is the screen captured of my iphone 6 plus for this url
    http://www.myanmarhotels.tips/myanmar-hotels/

    It is ok on desktop,but on mobile it can’t properly display.
    I am using this shortcode [gd_advanced_search show_adv_search=’always’]

    Refer 2nd attached file for my Advanced search setting.
