    Hello,

    Is there some way to create a direct link to an advanced search result using custom fields?

    For example, I have a Multi Select custom field with these Option Values:

    {optgroup}Club|Roses Tapas Club,Roses Gourmet Club{/optgroup}{optgroup}Campanya|Dijous Tapa,Roses Paellas,Ruta Tapes 2018{/optgroup}

    and I want a link to the results with “Roses Tapas Club” selected (see attachment).

    I have tried the link of the results:

    https://inforoses.com/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_ruta_tapes&sgd_ruta_tapescategory%5B0%5D=&s=+&snear=&sgeodir_mybmselect%5B0%5D=Roses+Tapas+Club&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon=

    but it shows all the posts.

    Thanks for your post. Just inspected this URL https://inforoses.com/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_ruta_tapes&sgd_ruta_tapescategory%5B0%5D=&s=+&snear=&sgeodir_mybmselect%5B0%5D=Roses+Tapas+Club&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon= and it’s only displaying one listing. Did you sort it out yourself?

    No, I did not sort it our myself but I can see that now it works… I now realize that I just forgot to clear caches before testing! Oooops!

    Hi Kor,

    Unfortunately, something is not working as it should and I have no idea about what is wrong.

    While the link https://inforoses.com/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_ruta_tapes&sgd_ruta_tapescategory%5B0%5D=&s=+&snear=&sgeodir_mybmselect%5B0%5D=Roses+Tapas+Club&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon= works standalone, when I put it in the image (see attached screenshots), it does not work as it should and shows all the posts.

    I do not know if it is a problem with the Divi Builder or something else.

    Could you help?

    Hi Kor,

    It looks as if Divi or WordPress changes the URL. Do you know any reason for this to happen? Do you know if this is a WordPress problem or a Divi problem or a GD problem?

    I managed to temporarily solve the problem shortening the URL with Bitly.

    Hi Kor,

    The problem seems to happen with the Divi Image Module. In the Divi Text Module, the link is not changed and works normally. Also, in a page without the Divi Builder, the link is not changed and works normally.

    Hi Kor,

    I checked again, now with Divi Visual Builder and the link is not changed. Therefore, the problem of changed links arises specifically with the Image module in the Divi backend builder.
