    Hi
Several times we had problems as of that the featured images were not showing on the blog page. With the last update of the plugins, they did show again, everything fine.
We made a change to one of the 6 posts Permalink: https://www.globaldutchies.nl/ik-wil-echt-graag-dat-jullie-komen/ and after saving it, the featured image does not show anymore on the blog page nor as a banner on the blog post. See printscreens
    Thanks for your help

    The image was ‘not found’.

How did you load the image to the library?
Was it from a listing, or directly?

The uploaded the 1024 version to the library and set that as the featured image.
I am not sure what happened to the original image, but it is still ‘not found’. You can check via FTP to see if it is actually on the server or not.

    Hi Alex,

(Ria here) I went into the account itself as a user (Astrid). It did not show. This morning it showed. Properly after you did some changes?

To be honest. This worries me a lot. Since I’m now sending all the emails to the users to update the accommodation profile and their pictures. Please do all the testing from a user account. On s1 level and not from an admin view. The outcome seems to be different……

The feedback from our hosting company is always: The website is working or it is not. If the rest is working then is something else.

    Regards,
    Ria

The problem is that the image is literally not on your site:
    https://www.globaldutchies.nl/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/zeelandhuys-zuii-afrika.jpg

It could have been deleted via FTP or through the frontend.

Other versions of the image are available, so I loaded an existing image as the featured image and it showed fine.

Is there another page where you are seeing this issue?

About testing with subscribers, this is not a GD feature. All role access features are related to S1, not GD.

If you have some sort of access control such that one or another role is being prohibited access to images I would recommend you disable that.
