If we delete the previous alive days and change the date it just updates to 0.

We added a calculation for this but will our notifications still trigger correctly once those alive dates hit the appropriate number?

    Hello,

I think you misunderstand how things work, let me try and explain.
Neither of these settings really have to be set manually and are taken care of then packages are set/changed. The alive days are set from the package and the expiry date is set from that, if you wanted to give a user a few extra weeks you would just change the expiry date to ahead a few weeks. The alive days is used to calculate renewal dates and things, its a mostly static number, like if you renew today, its used to figure out your new expiry date todays date + alive days.

I hope i managed to explain it, if not let me know 🙂

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

Ok, we imported in data with these details. So really expire date is the only thing that matters in terms of like actual expiration and triggering renewal notifications and such?

Ok, so as long as everything there is in YYYY-MM-DD format it will work.

GDv1 the same format (the one it says) in GDv2 it will be the same in the export/import but in the backend you can set the format you prefer.
