All license keys rejected after purchase today

Hi, I’ve just purchased the premium package, and I’ve received the email confirmations/links to download plugins, and my account on here lists all the license keys. However when I try to install the license keys into the AutoUpdates/Licensing page, they are all rejected. I’ve tried for all license keys for all plugins, and I’ve tried the keys from my account on this site and from the original confirmation page, but none are accepted. Please can you advise?

Hello,

It might be that you need a package on your server updated, if you can post wp-admin details in a private reply here someone will check on Monday. Just tick private reply and only staff will be able to see it.
