all listings show 404 not found

Hi. I’m new here. i just installed GD Core V2 + locations and cpt and added dummy data to a site i am working on using Kleo theme. i can see all the dummy data listings on the frontend of https://equestria.net/directory-home-v2/ but when i click on any listing none of them are being found for example: https://equestria.net/places/alexander-inn/ shows a 404. permalinks are set to show the above url structure. i added a test listing of my own in case it was a problem with the dummy data, and while i can see it (and all the dummy listings) in the back end and i can see the url structure is set correctly, it is still not found in the frontend and shows a 404. i am using multisite configured to us subdomains not subdirectories. this site is the main site. i have not yet set up any subdomains. Can someone please offeer any advice why i cannot see the individual listings please.
