All of the maps on my site show "No Records Found"

    I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I have a published place in my new directory and it has a category assigned. See here: https://flashtechnique.com/wp/places/united-states/california/albany/therapist/dr-phil-manfield/#post_map

    Hi,

    the location is blank and it cannot be.

    The location must be in this format and it can’t be blank: city – region – country.

    Please correct that and it should work.

    Thanks so much for your help! But I’m not sure what you mean. Are you talking about “default location” in geodirectory > Settings > General > Default Location? Because that’s set.

    Hi,

    You are using the free plugin which is for building a directory in one city. You will need the location manager addon to add or edit listings outside the default location.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. I did seem to have a default location already set, but I went ahead and went through the setup wizard again, and set the default location, and that didn’t seem to help.

    Also, we’re planning to have listings in various cities. I didn’t realize you could only do one city at a time with the free version. How do I upgrade? Thanks!
