Allowing expired, upgraded or renewed listings to auto-publish

Hi I have my listings set to go to Draft initially. Is it possible that any upgrades, downgrades or renewals can be set to Published?

Hi,

Paid listings all go directly to publish status once transaction is completed.

You can determine within each price package which status each listings downgrade too when it expires.
