Hello! Any luck with a response on my private ticket?

In summary:

1. Some listings refuse to load images, even though images have been uploaded.
2. Which are the recommended plugins for social commenting with GD?
3. GD reCaptcha not working on my sign up and buddy press forms but works elsewhere.
4. Site speed pathetic – over 10 secs!; my other sites on same hosting platform are under 2 secs. GD configuration problem on my site?

Hello,

#1 Analytcs were disabled for the price package the listing was on, i enabled it and it seems to work. When i check your source it looks like you have two different google analytics tracking codes there, i would suggest removing one.

#2 With out a link i can only guess, our system checks upload images are actually the type they say they are, if a jpg is actually names .png it will fail as our system things it’s trying to maybe upload a virus.

#3 im sure u will find some plugins to do this but they will likely replace our commenting/rating system.

#4 try social connect plugin.

#5 ?

#6 I’m not sure our system adds recapture to the buddypress reg.

3. BAW Login/Logout menu
4. Better Notifications for WordPress (we take over alot of these, check GD>Notifications)
5. Black Studio TinyMCE Widget (not sure what this does, standard editor works for me)
10. Server IP & Memory Usage Display (is this for debugging?)
12. VaultPress (never used, never seen the point, i have server backups)
13. WangGuard (never needed plugins like these)
14. WooCommerce (if using i would suggest moving to its own multisite like site.com/shop/)
15. Wordfence Security (never had the need for this, just slow sites down IMO)
16,17,18 not used…

#1 are you seeing hist in you google analtics dashboard?

#2 This might be related to #1 you have two different tracking codes there, if WPSEO is adding one then remove one from our settings, but as i said the two are different tracking codes.

#3 Is everything upto date? This should not be allowed.

#4 Please explain more.

#5 Is the package a recurring payment, if so only some gateways are supported.

#6 No but they wont be able to use the same url so in essence they cant do it for the same place, google will know.

1. GA settings in multi-site: Following your line of thinking, I checked the codes and found out that the reason they are two is because the site is multi-site and each subsite has its own GA Profile. I reviewed the settings in GA Developers and now the primary site loads the graphs. However, the second site does not. So my questions are:

– Do sub-sites in a multisite share GA tracking code? I tried using the same settings on both sites but I get an authorisation error on the second.

– What are the correct settings in a multi site environment to ensure the listings in each of the sites show GA graphs?

2. User can upload additional (above authorised no. of ) images via social import: Your question about the image upload ‘cheating the system’ by a user: yes, all plugins are current; I updated with GD latest releases. Please check, it could be a coding oversight (see attached).

3. Listing disappears after Paypal not completing: The question here is how can a user save thier listing-in-progress so that is does not disappear if the process stops for any reason? It should be possible for a user to come back later and complete the process.

4. Direct Bank Payment Option not displaying: Yes, the bank payment option is supposed to support a recurring payment. Please confirm if indeed a recurring payments product can not have a pre bank transfer.

5. “Is it possible to deny a user additional trial days”: By “same URL” do you mean the user’s listed website or their IP?

I have GA working on one site of my multi-site but not the other. I have used the same details to set up GA in both. The primary one shows the graphs, the second shows the frame only with no statistic or graphs. My questions:

2. User can upload additional (above authorised no. of ) images via social import: First, all my GD plugins are current. Now, the user is able to upload unauthorised images via social import. Meaning if I set the listing image upload limit to say 3, the user can still get more images in. Is this a coding oversight / big?

#1 It should just work, i still see two codes on the sites, search the source code for “UA-”

#2 I will double check.

#3 If they got that far the listing will be under their listings accessed from my dashboard widget, they can publish it by going to “my invoices” and paying it.

#4 it’s not supported, if the user stops the payment they system does not know.

#5 What i mean is a user will have a listing /places/city/listing-name/ and this is what everyone will link to including google etc, they can’t get a free listing with the same url so they would lose the ranking they build up with that url.

Hello. Ref my support ticket raised on February 23, 2016. I am still out here struggling to get GeoDirectory settings for Google Analytics to work in my sub-site. It works only on the primary sub directory but not the second.

I would really appreciate your assistance to get this working once and for all.
