Hello
I develop my English site geodirectory with all the addons online.
No card to add new event or place.
yet I filled in all the fields
If I want to modify or see the place and event of dummy data… it is the same thing.
I looked into the topics, I have not found
What to do?
help……Selen
July 21, 2014 at 11:07 am #9216Can you post your URL and WordPress login in a private message so we can have a look at what is going on?
July 21, 2014 at 9:51 pm #9289Probably you didn’t set up everything correctly.
In Appearance >> Menu, create at least 1 menu and assign it to your theme main menu option
In GeoDirectory >> Navigation, select the type of places that can be submitted by users and add the links to the add listing pages to the menu.
But as Guust says, without a link to your website and credentials to access dashboard, these remain assumptions…
Thx

July 22, 2014 at 10:59 am #9359Hi Valerie
Your message is private, but it seems the username and/or password is incorrect. Can you check and give that again. All your links in the main menu link to your homepage?
Your site is set to not allow new users to join up, so nobody can submit a listing, except admin.
I cannot really investigate more until I get your access details again.July 22, 2014 at 11:48 am #9366This reply has been marked as private.July 22, 2014 at 12:16 pm #9368Sorry Valerie, but the login does not work.
Are you sure that is the username for the admin: Usually that is a name, not an email address.
Can I maybe suggest to create a new temporary administrator with a simpler password, maybe it is some french characters that are tripping me up.July 22, 2014 at 1:02 pm #9376This reply has been marked as private.July 22, 2014 at 1:25 pm #9383I set your WP permalink to Postnames.
I added your main menu to GD navigation: GD > design > navigation
I set WP settings > general > allow anyone to register.
You deleted the 4 virtual pages, so you cannot add any more locations etc.
That needs fixing before you can do anything else.
Can you post your database(phpmyadmin) access in private reply if possible (cPanel login for example).
I’ll get Vikas to have a look for you once we get those details.July 22, 2014 at 1:47 pm #9390This reply has been marked as private.July 24, 2014 at 2:37 pm #9764Hello
Actually it lacks in fact 5 virtual pages… I tried to show by installing a new version of the plugin geodirectory.
Then I test to see where she stored to reinstallValérie
July 24, 2014 at 3:56 pm #9781Re Hello,
5 virtual pages exist in the database.
In the administration, I have nothing deleted.
I did the test, if I had deleted it they would be in the trash… and I’ve not emptied the trash.
pb, how to deliver.Have you already meet this kind of situation?
Valérie
July 24, 2014 at 8:14 pm #9814Hi,
please provide wp admin and phpmyadmin credentials.
This is one of the most common problem our users are facing. We are building a diagnostic tool to spot and fix this kind of errors.
Pages must have been cancelled somehow. Otherwise the plugin would work.
Thx
