Anyone know how longer support at THeme Tailors take?

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Anyone have experience of the length of time it takes for Theme Tailors to provide support for plugins as both Events and Claim listings is no longer working after upgrading.

    It’s when ever the developer can respond, it’s not premium support, a time can’t be put on it.

    I think its time to move the site back to GeoThemes

    Geodirectory is just too time demanding at the moment to base a site on. Might look at Geo Directory in a year or so after everything has settled down and become more stable.

    Stiofan probably didn’t notice but both that addons are our offical products.

    To have faster and better support, please sync your themetailors account here on your profile page and you’ll get access to each forum for which you bought the addon.

    Here an answer to all support requests is provided within 24 hours during week days and a bit longer during week ends.

    Looking at our demo, both claim listing and Events are working and all addons in there are updated to their latest version.
