I am currently building a website using Astra and have used their Astra Custom Layouts to add a header to the places and events detail pages (it uses Beaver Builder). These work great. But, the archive pages for these do not work and I’m not sure if this is an Astra issue or a WPG issue. When I enable the header for “All Places Archive”, it actually removes the standard logo/menu that’s already in place, but it’s just empty. I also tried creating a copy of the GD Archive page and used Beaver Builder to add the header to that page and it only shows the text of the header, but none of the design. It feels like the CSS is being surpassed.

    Hello,

I can see that the header is being applied on the single, but then the other header is not being applied on the archive.

the order of template selection is documented here:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/customizing-templates/#page-template

I will flag your issue for the developers.

That looks to be ‘Beaver Themer’

Where can i get that theme to do some testing? I’m not sure exactly how they add the headers, i’d like to dig into the code to check.

Thanks for that, i have made some changes to try and fix the issue, please have a check over things. These changes will be in the next release of core if no issues are found.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
