Authorize.net form not showing on checkout page

    Hi Support,

    I’m using GD with Kleo theme. I just setup authorize.net today with my merchant account and set it as the only payment option in GD but when you arrive on the check out page it does not present a form to be filled out for payment.

    I’m running ssl and everything looks ok but I can’t get a form to show up. I’m attaching an image of the page so you see what does appear.

    Suggestions on a solution?
