Hi,
I’m not sure what you are looking for. If something happens in between, you will loose data.
For all these requirements there are solutions. But this cost money and I’m not sure if it will be worth to spend money on realtime data replication (redundant systems). If you like to think in this direction, you need to talk to your hosting company.
But I like to remember: Maybe your hosting company garantee an uptime of about 99,9%, which means more than 8 hours downtime per year. You can get 99,99% of uptime garantee but this can be really expensive.
All about statistics. And if you have 99,99% of uptime you are not prevented to loose data.
Anyhow, you can backup your data with updraft every 4 hours. If you like to get backuped the information once they are published you can implement this by hooking into WP. This can be done by any WP developer.
Best,
Dirk
