    I’ve created a new tab titled ‘menu’ to display a restaurant menu, and would like to put a pdf file or document file in this place (different for each listing). I’ve managed to insert a link to a menu pdf in my media library, and that just shows up as a working link. Is it possible to enter a .pdf file that is open when the tab is opened, instead of having to have someone click on it? I know this is probably pretty basic stuff but I’m not sure how to proceed

    Hi James,

    You might probably want to try embedding it using the code below.

    <embed src="file_name.pdf" width="800px" height="2100px" />

    Thanks!

    The file still doesn’t open automatically…The snippet of code I entered just shows up as code in the menu tab. Please see attached. I assume that I’m supposed to be using the img reference url from my media library right?

    Hi,

    why instead of adding it via media uploader and than trying to embed the image, you don’t use directly the file uploader custom field?

    Let us know,

    Thanks
