    Hi,

We’d like to send an autoreminder two weeks before a listing is going to renew and an new year is charged to people, so they have the choice to say “Ok it’s fine” or to cancel their subscription.

    Where can we do this?

    Thanks,

With Pricing Manager installed you can find those under

GD Settings -> Emails -> User emails -> Pre expiry reminders to user

But, does it means that the auto-renew doesnt happen unless they manually allow it?

    I don’t understand the question.

If they sign up for a recurring package then they are authorizing the recurring payment.

Let’s say a monthly recurring payment for 1 year (12x)

Expiry emails are only sent before the end of the 12th month.

    Hi Alex, thanks!

When you say “Expiry emails are only sent before the end of the 12th month.” does it mean that if they take no action…

    – the auto-renew will happen? or…
    – the auto-renew will NOT happen and they lose their package?

    That was my doubt.

It means that the ‘expiration’ is the end of the term, not the monthly renewal/recurring billing.

But our package is 499€ yearly.

Our goal is to send an email to people telling: “your package is about to expire, please renew manually”.

I’m not sure if our current set up will allow this…?

You can create an annual package that expires yearly. That will send an email expiry reminder before it expires.
