hi uhm i just noticed that my auto renew is on yes
altho i bought a no auto-renew

it always said no and now it sais yes and i can’t change it

i bought no because of reasons

so why did one of you change it ?

please change it back

Hi,

There seems to be a bug in the system with that display for stripe users or people who have bought via paypal and then stripe, we will be looking at it on Monday.

We have no way to change a non recurring to a recurring payment, so if you bought a non recurring then that is what you will have.

Sorry for any confusion, it was only pointed out to us yesterday and we fixed it for paypal users but stripe payments it will take a bit more work.

ok then its ok, i dont want problems
in future i will hopefully put it on recurring payment but for now i keep it as an option

Hi Sylvester,

I have done some work on the auto-renew status and it looks like you are actually on an auto renew package. I have updated the status to include a cancellation link if you wish to cancel at anytime. Just let me know if you have any problems.
