We are using the Avada theme, our login/ registration screen is normal and aligned correctly but our ‘send to a friend’ is greyed out.
June 30, 2014 at 3:13 pm #6820Hello, do I need to send my credentials too? Will the Avada compatibility be fixed on the individual basis or will there be a special plugin so every Avada user can benefit?
July 1, 2014 at 12:08 am #6899Do we lose the change location menu with Avada? I can’t seem to find it in the menu options.
July 1, 2014 at 5:23 am #6930justjim, I have Avada installed and I have the change location switch in the menu. Make sure you have turned it on in the GD plugin settings. The problem is with formatting this switch that looks really ugly in Avada right now. I hope Stiofan will make an Avada-GD plugin soon.
July 1, 2014 at 11:18 am #6952pix3x, thanks. You were right I didn’t have the setting turned on and that is ugly. LOL… thanks again!
July 1, 2014 at 2:14 pm #6979I have identified two other incompatibility issues between GD and Avada. I ask to the other members of the forum to check:
1. If you submit a listing as a user (frontend), the Avada page is not configured correctly. The header of the page does not appear (see http://onesahost.it/rivisondoli/places/italy/laquila/rivisondoli/ristoranti/taverna-dei-faraoni/). If you submit a listing as an admin (backend), the Avada page is configured correctly (see http://onesahost.it/rivisondoli/places/italy/laquila/rivisondoli/ristoranti/ristorante-del-sole/).
2. Does not seem to work the pinpoint link on the main and sidebar map (see http://onesahost.it/rivisondoli/location/).Thanks

I was having the same problem as described in #2 of your post. Because of some other issues I was having as well, I disabled the “change location” menu and geo share plugin and the pinpoint started working. I know it’s not a solution, I hope that maybe my 2 cents, along with everyone elses’ ideas, might lend some insight to the developers.
July 1, 2014 at 4:25 pm #7002Here’s an Avada issue with picture overlapping text in related listings area.
July 1, 2014 at 4:49 pm #7006Thanks for your prompt response justjim.
Unfortunately, I have not installed the multilocation plugin and geo share plugin. The only active plugins in my wordpress 3.9.1 installation are:Fusion Core (Avada);
Revolution Slider (Avada);
Multilingual CMS (WPML);
String Translation (WPML);
GeoDirectory
GeoDirectory Custom Post TypesJuly 1, 2014 at 10:33 pm #7070I can confirm that I have the same problem as pix3x with send to friend form in Avada.
July 2, 2014 at 3:17 am #7100onesa, try to play with the page title settings at http://onesahost.it/wp-admin/themes.php?page=optionsframework#of-option-pagetitlebar
Also, when you edit any page in WP admin and if you scroll down the page you will see the “Page title bar options” section. I don;t know where else you can set this up.July 2, 2014 at 3:42 am #7109There is a CSS issue with pinpoint map marker (span.geodir-pinpoint) on the listings page. When checking with Firefox inspection tool, I noticed that the following code should be taken out but it is not:
style.css:695 .geodir-addinfo a.geodir-pcomments, .geodir-addinfo span { padding-bottom: 6px; }
July 2, 2014 at 3:50 am #7110What is the right way to format the location switch to make it look like on wpgeo.directory?
July 2, 2014 at 7:34 am #7129Thanks pix3x. I thought I would set the parameters of which you speak, but the virtual pages, location, add listing, etc. become published. There may be problems? In addition, with the installation of WPML, I no longer see any virtual page …
July 3, 2014 at 1:19 pm #7359hello CD staff, is there anyone out there? We realize this may be a one-to-many battle, but It would be much appreciated if you could at least step into the forum discussion and give us some clue or estimate a possible time span for solution to problems.
Thanks a ot for your great support.
