BBpress formatting

We were using Mingle but due to the lack of updates and support we decided to
switch to BBpress.

But, it doesn’t look anything like this forum. Is it a special template, custom css or what. How do we get ours to look a little more polished?

bbpress uses your theme’s template.
Some themes have specific bbpress templates, but should work with default templates.
You might just have to do some styling.

Hi,

this is a theme I made and I only added 2 or 3 extra css rules to the default bbpress skin.

You can consider this topic closed,

we decided to go back and limp along with Mingle until Avada decides to put more effort into styling etc, they said maybe by
the end of the year.

This eliminates the issue with events also
