Best speed-up option

Hello, I would like your advise on a few topics regarding PageSpeed performance:
1) Do you recommend using GD Booster or Autoptimize + WP Super Cache?
2) Will any of the above will compress (gzip) the information sent?
3) Google PageSpeed says I have 15 command seq and 15 CSS resources blocking visualization from the top half of the page and that therefore I should eliminate such JavaScript like the following list, How should I fix it?:

/…aim_listing/js/claim-script.js?ver=4.6.1
/…ng_manager/js/rating-script.js?ver=4.6.1

etc.

I would appreciate if you can answer the 3 questions (all related) so that I don’t have a new topic for each of them.
