Best user roles to assign

Hello, I am finishing my directory and I am almost close to open it for users to register. My question is about user roles.

What user role is the best for this ?

I only want users to submit and manage their places, nothing else. I don’t want them to have access to the dashboard or anything else.

With subscriber this will work ?
