Better apply_filter support

In geodir_payment_functions.php there’s a filter called ‘geodir_package_info’ that would allow me to get my custom fields back along with the rest of the data.

However, the filter passes $info (the array of package info), the $pkg_id and the $pid. In order to add my custom fields to the $info array, I need to re-run the lookup that this function already does.

And since it probably won’t be cached, it’s more work for everyone. Why not add the original $priceinfoObj to the filter?
