Hi there

I keep getting met with a blank page after logging in. When I hit edit post a blank screen appears.

I don’t have ftp access — can you not just log in to the backend via getweed.delivery/wp-admin

I really need this fixed – the hosting provider (name.com) is telling there’s errors in the theme / plugins from GD

Hi,

without FTP there isn’t much that we can do.

Our theme and plugins are used by over 10k websites and these problems are never reported.

I would suggest to move to a better hosting provider, especially if you are unable to provide FTP credentials (they should provide them with your account by default).
