Blank Title On Required Fields

I’m having an issue with inputting new places in my Geodirectory.

When I try to add new places I receive blank fields that are required and they don’t say what they want. Even when “inspecting” I get a break shortcode in the label.

Please help!

I’ve included a screenshot and have already created a login/pass just in case you want to take a look. I’ll post after this privately.

Thanks for your message. To fix this, insert the custom CSS code below to your Website. Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS.
