Bought MultiLocations, Profile Shows No Record Of Purchase

    I bought the MultiLocations add on (order ID#47e27527334a) but my license doesn’t show up in my GeoDirectory account. I’m not able to download the add on through the link in the email. And I can’t read the support forums for that add-on to troubleshoot because the GeoDirectory website doesn’t think I’ve purchased the add-on.

    Please help.

    Yep. That’s the account I’m logged in as, under which I apparently don’t have a license for the MultiLocations add-on, even though I have a receipt for the purchase.

    Um, just saw this post is marked resolved.

    Unfortunately, my situation is not resolved. I cannot access the add-on I purchased the the account I purchased it with.
