    Hi merileads,

Please try to import listing with valid CSV file as Alex explained.

If you are not sure about custom fields available to import listings then do following:
    – Create one listing manually from admin by filling all fields.
    – Export CSV from GeoDirectory > Settings > Import/Export
    – Now you can add more entries to CSV

    Let us know.

    Thanks,
    Kiran

Did you get my last message re the uploads? I upload them correctly and the issue is refusing to opload due to duplicates, but the items the system is duplicating cannot be found in the directory under the category locksmiths

Please attach the CSV that you uploaded and we will give it a look. Please zip the csv into a zip file.

Please also include the export of the same CPT for comparison.

    Thanks

After making some changes to correct the CSV format and missing data I was able to import 10 listings without an issue.

You can identify required fields by adding a listing and filling the required fields, then looking for that listing in the export. All address fields are required. Some of the rows were missing street or city.

You can see the column order by exporting your listings and comparing the export file (correct) and your file. Then alter columns in your file to match. Your sheet was missing several columns and the final columns were out of order.
