Hello, I did a lot of work and a lot of hours to make my GeoDirectory directory compatible with my caching plugin + some other optimizations. Everything seems to be working except one thing:
When I click on an icon to display the info bubble on the map, nothing appears, I got only an “error” message.
I assume my cache plugin is causing this problem. Please could you tell me which files should not be cached (JS or others) so that the bubble info works again?
I just want know what files are used, so I can add them to exclusions files.
Thank you very much.

December 16, 2019 at 10:44 pm #521815You need be disconnected, the website is cached only for visitors.
December 16, 2019 at 11:52 pm #521832I was logged out, is that what you mean?
December 17, 2019 at 12:03 am #521835Very strange all people here can’t see the bubble, tested with chrome, firefox & opera. We get each time “error” white message.
Can you tell me what your settings.
@Kor it’s for you the same issue?Thanks!

This error “You have included the Google Maps JavaScript API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.” => That’s another problem 🙁
Thank you.
December 17, 2019 at 10:21 am #521877I carried out the conflicts test that you asked me, and I found the plugin which creates this problem, it is the plugin “Invoicing” from AyeCode.
When this plug-in is activated, the bubble info generates the error message.
Is this a bug?December 17, 2019 at 2:07 pm #521941Hi Adrian,
Please check and let us know, is it working or not from your side.

December 17, 2019 at 2:20 pm #521943Hello Kiran,
Ok now when “Invoicing” plugin is activated, the bubbles works.
Can you tell me what you did?Unfortunately, now I have again my initial problem (see my 1st message above), when my cache plugin is activated, I get the message “error” again when I click on a bubble from the Google map.
Maybe I have to exclude a file or a request for the bubbles to work but I don’t know which files manage the display of the bubble on click.
NOTE: you must be disconnected to see the error, because the cache is not activated for people connected
Thank you.
December 18, 2019 at 8:01 am #522102Hi Adrian,
Please try again after clearing your browser cache.
Kiran
December 18, 2019 at 5:44 pm #522225Oops I was sure it was related to my cache plugin!
A big thank you for your responsiveness Kiran (as well as the official update) and the whole team as always 😉December 18, 2019 at 6:08 pm #522230 -
