Business marked closed when it should be open

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

I’m having an issue the the businesses being marked Closed during business hours. I set the WP hours as suggested by others. I noticed this morning that the listing are marked open while they should be closed and yesterday during when the business should have been marked open they were closed.

I attached a few images for clarification.
