Business Owner Verification for New Listings

Hello,

When a user adds a new listing to my site, it asks the mandatory question ‘Business Owner/Associate?”. If they answer it ‘yes’ there is no verification process, such as the email verification that gets sent out for them to click when auto approve is turned on in the settings. Is there anyway to change that or at least send the listing into the approve/deny queue instead of added automatically?
