business owners account link goes to listing

Hi, I would like that business owners contribute content to my site.
i installed claim listing addon + buddypress.
When they comment on a user questions their account name shows up but when clicking on the user you are redirected to confusing user dashboard.

I would like that the link from the account name goes straight to their listing (ideally their first if they have multiple) or at least to their listing overview page mydomain.com/members/user/listings

How can this be done pls?
