bypassing review must contain a rating

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    My site is set to not allow reviews without ratings, however i have found a way to bypass this.

    In the activity stream all the user has to do is comment on the listing, and viola, they have left a review without a rating,
    (link and creds to follow)
    please advise,

    This defintely a bug, comments on the activity stream shouldn’t be counted as reviews.

    I’ve flagged this for the developers.
